Cast in China refractories produces a full range of refractories for high-temperature equipment in the aluminum processing industry, covering all high-temperature equipment related to liquid aluminum in the aluminum processing industry. Such as aluminum alloy melting holding furnace, aluminum water flow trough, filter box, degassing box and aluminum water bag, etc. Many of these products have very innovative material design and use efficiency. It is recommended to use medium cast refractory low cement castable with composite anti adhesion agent as working lining for all parts in contact with aluminum water. We have carried out aluminum water crucible erosion test on all materials in contact with aluminum water. Through strict test, we choose the best material structure design and unique composite anti sticking aluminum anti sticking agent. The material has good aluminum water penetration resistance within 950 ℃ (see the figure below), and still has certain anti sticking aluminum performance within 1200 ℃.

Experimental conditions: 7075 alloy, holding 96hours at 850 ℃ for 96 hours

Alu-flo Series Low Cement Castables are mainly used as working linings in contact with aluminum water;
Alu-flo 94ar is a high-purity corundum based low cement castable with very low ferrosilicon content. The latest material structure design makes the material have high strength, excellent construction surface, PPM grade silicon and iron content, and excellent resistance to corundum growth. It is suitable for smelting high-purity aluminum, slag raking slope and feeding impact zone with strict requirements of aluminum smelting furnace;
Alu-flo 81ar is a high-purity bauxite based low cement castable with high alumina content, low silicon oxide and low iron oxide ratio. It has good aluminum water permeability resistance and corundum growth resistance by adding composite anti sticking aluminum and anti adhesion agent;
Alu-flo 60ar is a mullite based low cement castable with good volume stability and easy construction. The composite anti sticking aluminum and anti adhesion agent is added to the material, which has excellent aluminum water permeability resistance;
Other alumina content products: alu-flo 87ar, alu-flo 86ar, alu-flo 76ar
Ultra-cast FS fused quartz sand based castable is used for the manufacture of aluminum water flow trough and filter box;
Ultra-cast FS is an innovative material structure design. The material not only takes advantage of the zero expansion of fused quartz sand, but also has excellent volume stability and high-purity alumina matrix. It is designed to be used in the contact parts of external refining and aluminum water, such as flow trough, degassing tank, filter box, etc. Ultracast LW and ultracast 140 are recommended for better heat preservation performance of launders and diverters
Alu-pak series plastic materials for repair;
Alu-pak 82ar is a high alumina based plastic material, which is mainly used for repairing furnace lining, and can also be used for the burner area of reverberatory furnace or the whole working lining of holding furnace.
Ultra Series refractories with other special functions, such as silicon carbide, zirconia, etc;
Ultracast SiC is silicon carbide based castable, which is mainly used in the construction of demanding parts, such as aluminum outlet of reverberatory furnace and mixing well;
Ultra-bond is a quick drying repair material, which is composed of two components, one bag and one bucket of binder. During construction, the two materials can be mixed to quickly solidify. Small area repair can be directly baked and put into use. It is mainly used for rapid repair of furnace body and launder.
Alu-lite series of lightweight thermal insulation refractories with anti sticking aluminum and anti adhesion agent;
Alu-lite 22ar, alu-lite 26ar, alu-lite 29 and other lightweight thermal insulation castables not only have the characteristics of high thermal insulation, high strength and low thermal conductivity, but also have the characteristics of anti sticking aluminum, which can resist the penetration of aluminum water. They are designed to be used in the backing of aluminum smelting holding furnace.
Ultra-bond series rapid repair castables;
Ultra-bond 851 / 852 etc. can be used to make whole furnace lining or repair refractory lining in use as castable, and it can also be used to cast prefabricated parts. Demoulding can be carried out after 2 hours after construction.
