Neutral lining materials for molten and insulating molten steel

Three lining materials are recommended for melting steel alloy in medium frequency coreless induction furnace
1. Hz-steel corundum spinel neutral lining dry vibration material:
Neutral material, low crack tendency;
In the process of use, dense sintered layer of high strength Al Mg spinel will be formed on the hot surface at high temperature;
The sintering layer can effectively prevent the penetration of high temperature metal, manganese oxide and iron oxide;
The spinel working layer is located after infiltration;
The unique design of the product makes the back lining keep a good loose layer and improve the safety performance of the whole furnace lining.
The main component of hz-steel series materials is alumina, adding a certain proportion of magnesium oxide, which reacts at high temperature to form magnesia alumina spinel, which makes the materials have excellent volume stability and high corrosion resistance
2. Hz-steel corundum spinel chrome ramming material:
The fused corundum dry vibration refractories with chromium oxide, fused corundum matrix, magnesium oxide and chromium oxide form composite spinel with high corrosion resistance, and form a dense sintering layer under high temperature service environment, which has excellent resistance to corrosion and erosion of molten steel, and maintains a good loose layer in the back lining to improve the safety performance of the overall furnace lining.
3. Hz-dry96m magnesia based ramming material:
MgO based materials have excellent resistance to alkaline slag based alkaline metal corrosion. However, the volume stability of MgO based materials is not as good as that of alumina based materials. Therefore, MgO based materials are generally used in small coreless furnaces (< 1000kg) or in working conditions with strong chemical attack.
The main component of hz-dry96m series materials is magnesium oxide, and part of them is alumina. The spinel is formed by reaction at high temperature. This series of materials not only maintain the high corrosion resistance of high MgO materials, but also have excellent volume stability compared with ordinary magnesia materials, which can reduce the cracks and spalling of furnace lining.
1. Hz-steel93a aluminum oxide magnesium based neutral lining dry vibrating material is used in special alloy steel with harsh environment
2. Special alloy steel with serious slag hanging is used in hz-steel92a alumina magnesium based neutral lining dry vibrating material
3. High temperature stainless steel and high melting point alloy steel are used in hz-steel90a alumina magnesium based neutral lining dry vibration material
4. High chromium cast iron, high manganese steel and other alloys with relatively low service temperature are used in hz-steel89a alumina magnesium based neutral lining dry vibration material

5. Hz-dry96m magnesia based basic lining dry vibrating material is used in vacuum melting of superalloy and casting master alloy, etc. it is used in small coreless furnace (< 1000kg).
